1. Will this item fits my car?
Our products will fit most standard cars.And before buying, please better send us a pic of your original car stereo/radio dashboard pic for ref.If you still not sure about it, you may consider consulting a technician before ordering to be sure on the fit.
2. How long does it take to arrive?
Generally speaking we will arrange the shipment in 2-3 business days once the payment is confirmed, and we cooperate with world famous DHL, UPS, and EMS China, FEDEX for delivery, which enable over 90% of our
customers to get most of our items within one week!
Note: we will send goods only via EMS to customers of some area, e.g. Russia, for customs clearance safety.
3. Do I need to pay custom duties?
The custom duties are charged by importing countries. Though we can not control this, we will help you to declare a lower value at customs. Therefore, most of our customers do not need to pay custom duties or just pay few. If you have special requirements for declared value, please explain to us when you place orders.
4. Warranty terms:
1.) All of our products come with 1 year warranty (dated from the shipping date).
2.) This warranty does not cover the result from: accidents, unauthorized tamper or attempts to modify, use of third party accessories, in purpose or consequential damages.
We will not responsible for any damage due to incorrect installation.
3.) Please do read the user manual of the item carefully before installation and use; and invite an authorized technician to deal with the installation.
